Job Scope:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end web applications. The role requires strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) backend development and React.js frontend development to build secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and database layers.
Design and build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Ensure application quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Experience with REST API, microservices architecture, event-driven systems.
Good knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong focus on secure coding practices, problem-solving, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced banking environment.
