Senior Full Stack Developer (C#, Python, and PHP) - Pakistan

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend development expertise and solid frontend experience to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and business systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in at least one backend technology and framework, together with practical frontend development experience. Experience with APIs, databases, system integration, and modern development practices is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and business systems.
  
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  
• Develop frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
  
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical solution planning.
  
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
  
• Conduct code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  
• Contribute to application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when required.
  

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one backend programming language, such as:
  • PHP
    
  • Python
    
  • C#
    
  • Java
    
  • Node.js
    
• Experience with at least one backend framework, such as:
  • Laravel
    
  • Django
    
  • .NET / ASP.NET Core
    
  • Spring Boot
    
• Practical frontend development experience with at least one framework or library, such as React.js, together with good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with at least one database technology, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
  
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integration.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, and code review practices.
  
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and web application development.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD, Azure, or Docker.
  
• Knowledge of application and API security.
  
• Experience with query and application performance optimization.
  
• Familiarity with scalable system design and design patterns.
  
• Experience integrating AI technologies such as OpenAI API, Claude API, or Gemini API.
  
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
