Senior Full Stack Developer

CozmoTec is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Irish client teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software products for international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys end-to-end product development, solving complex technical challenges, and working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Contribute to frontend and backend architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and database solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Ireland.
• Take ownership of features from planning and development through testing and deployment.
• Follow agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Proven experience developing and scaling modern web applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with international teams, and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably European clients.
• Understanding of software development best practices, performance optimization, and application security.
