DevDefy is hiring a senior full-stack developer (5+ years) in Sindh, Pakistan to ship production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS web applications end-to-end. The stack spans Tailwind-based front-ends, PostgreSQL, AWS (S3, SQS, ECS/Fargate/Lambda, RDS), Docker, Terraform/CDK and CI/CD, plus disciplined AI-assisted development with Claude/Codex.
We’re hiring aSenior Full-Stack Application Developer (5+ years)who can ship production-grade web applications end-to-end and use modern AI/agentic workflows responsibly (high-signal output, not AI-generated noise).
We specifically want someone who knows how to use AI tools without damaging the codebase:
- Agentic spec-driven development(turn ambiguous asks into crisp specs + acceptance criteria)
- AI coding assistant power user(Claude/Codex or similar)
- Understands how to avoidAI slop(hallucinations, over-abstraction, unreviewable diffs, "works on my machine" code)
- Awareness ofcontext engineering / RPI
- Understandscontext dumb zonesand usesback pressureto prevent runaway complexity
- Strongproblem decomposition(right-size tasks for agents with verifiable outputs)
Front-end Skills:
- Strong UI architecture, component design, state management, and performance optimization
- Strong CSS implementation (Tailwind or equivalent), responsive design, and accessibility basics
Back-end Skills:
- StrongPostgreSQL(schema design, indexing, migrations, query optimization)
- StrongAWSexperience including:
- Security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege, secrets management)
- Storage/queues/services as needed (e.g., S3, SNS/SQS, ECS/Fargate/Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch)
DevOps / Delivery Skills:
- Strong hands-onCI/CD(GitHub Actions/GitLab or similar)
- StrongDockerworkflow (local + production-ready images)
- StrongInfrastructure as Code(Terraform or AWS CDK)
- Strongobservabilityand debugging:
- Logging/monitoring/tracing (CloudWatch,Sentry,OpenTelemetryor similar)
- Ability to build and maintainmulti-tenant SaaSsystems
- StrongRBAC / permissionsimplementation experience
- Writes testable, maintainable code with clean PRs and reliable rollout practices
