Senior Full Stack Developer – DotNet, React
Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer builds scalable REST APIs with C#/.NET 6+ and front-end apps using ReactJS, ensuring performance, reliability, and mentorship for junior developers in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Drive projects to achieve milestones
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions
- Understand existing application architecture and solution design
- Lead or mentor junior and mid-level developers

Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+) for scalable REST APIs
- Strong front-end development knowledge in ReactJS
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow or trunk-based development
- Familiarity with Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor
- Experience with database schema design and performance tuning in SQL Server or Azure SQL
- Good experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Blob Storage, and DevOps
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- 6–9 years of experience in .NET development
- Excellent communication and presentation experience preferred
- Ability to drive projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Python knowledge, utility scripting, data processing, background jobs, or AI-assisted development tools are nice to have
