We are looking for a builder with a real technical foundation who knows how to move fast with AI without losing touch with how systems actually work.

AI is evolving at an extraordinary pace. The tools are not perfect, but the rate of improvement is impossible to ignore. We want people operating on the cutting edge - builders willing to embrace these tools, adapt quickly, and execute at a level traditional workflows simply cannot match. Tech elitism and engineering snobbery do not build great products; curiosity, adaptability, and execution do.
This role is for someone with a real grounding in web development, systems, architecture, APIs, databases, and modern engineering practices — but who also understands that AI has fundamentally changed how great products get built.

You should already be comfortable with:
• Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and modern AI coding workflows
• Cursor, Windsurf, OpenClaw/OpenCode-style tools, and agentic development environments
• Prompting, context management, structured outputs, and tool use
• Local model experimentation with LM Studio, vLLM, or similar tools
• Fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, Unsloth, or a willingness to learn these quickly
• Automation, scripting, APIs, and AI-assisted debugging
• Knowing when AI is useful, when it is wrong, and when human engineering judgment matters
