FMC Research Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React, and Software Architecture to join our technology team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end software development, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver technology solutions supporting business innovation and national development.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Build responsive front-end applications using React and robust backend services using Python.
- Design system architectures, databases, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
About you
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and React (both mandatory).
- Proven experience in full-stack development and software/system architecture.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, software design principles, and performance optimization.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with distributed systems, caching, queueing, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience integrating applications with mobile platforms, cloud services, third-party systems, or peripheral hardware.
