Senior Full Stack Developer - GenAI

Position Overview :

OGS is currently seeking a lead developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge automation and AI-driven platforms, intuitive front-end applications, and distributed backend microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cross-platform applications.

- Build modern front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.

- Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Optimize automation pipelines for scalability and reliability.

- Development and unit testing of web applications including front-end (SPA) and back-end (microservices), maintenance & support of the same.

- Assist Project Managers and Technical Leads in the planning of projects.

- Bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and advanced AI capabilities, owning the full lifecycle from prompt engineering to production deployment.

- Perform code reviews and documentation.

- Provide overall mentorship, coaching and on-demand training.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 5 - 7 years in application development with 1 - 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI projects.

- Hands on programming experience in Python.

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama).

- Designing agentic systems with tools/function calling.

- Database experience (Sql Server) and ORM technologies (LINQ, EF).

- SPA design and implementation in React.js.

- Strong cloud experience Azure (preferred) or AWS.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
