About the Role
Havana Group, a diversified company with interests in real estate, media, technology, and hospitality, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise, plus a solid understanding of mobile application development, someone who can take ownership of technical projects, solve complex problems, and write clean, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing web applications
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems with seamless integration
- Develop clean, efficient, reusable, well-documented code
- Design and implement APIs and integrations across web, mobile, and third-party services
- Contribute to mobile application development and maintenance
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and mobile compatibility
- Work with databases, server-side technologies, and cloud/server environments
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs
- Conduct code reviews and maintain quality/security standards
- Write and maintain automated tests; conduct UI and functional testing
- Participate in system architecture and technical planning
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other teams
- Manage the full software development lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior/mid-level developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT preferred)
- 4+ years' professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong back-end experience (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and backend architecture
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Good understanding of mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native)
- Experience with Git and version control
- Experience with deployment, hosting, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience building and launching production-level applications is highly desirable
