Senior Full Stack Developer - Hybrid

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on commercial experience in PHP development, with strong experience using Laravel.




• Alternatively, candidates with 5+ years of backend development experience may be considered if PHP has been a significant hands‑on component of their most recent role.




• Demonstrable commercial experience using PHP and/or Laravel in at least one of the candidate's last two roles.




• Strong backend development skills with a solid understanding of:

  • Database design and management

  
  

  • SQL and relational databases

• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database technologies.




• Experience with database schema design, migrations, query optimization, and data relationships.




• Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and clean coding practices.




• Experience using version control tools such as Git.




• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend frameworks is an advantage.




• Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or modern development tools is a plus.




• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and technical teams.




• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.




• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.




• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.




• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
