Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain the software platform behind a regulated digital asset exchange serving an institutional client base.

As a senior generalist, you will take full end-to-end ownership of features—from shaping product direction and defining system design to deployment, quality, and ongoing platform operation. You will work across a large, polyglot codebase, set engineering standards, and optimize an AI-assisted software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Shape product requirements, define architecture, and make design decisions from concept to production.
• AI-Assisted SDLC: Use AI coding tools and agents to analyze, design, test, deploy, and maintain software features efficiently.
• Engineering Standards & Security: Maintain comprehensive automated quality gates, ensuring code meets platform standards for security, auditability, and correctness in a regulated environment.
• Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Advise on tooling, testing strategies, and application architecture while mentoring team members to elevate code quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or equivalent) with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• System Architecture: Proven ability to architect and deploy end-to-end full-stack solutions.
• Database Management: Strong expertise in PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Microservices & Messaging: Hands‑on experience with microservices architectures, gRPC, Pub/Sub, WebSockets, and event streaming.
• Containerization & DevOps: Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and secure DevOps practices.
• AI Tooling: Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents).
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Prior background in financial services, capital markets, trading platforms, or custody solutions.
• Familiarity with blockchain, distributed ledger technology, or real‑world asset (RWA) tokenization.
• Experience with JVM, Kotlin, or Rust in high‑scale event‑driven environments.
• Based in or near Metro Manila for optional hybrid collaboration.
