Role Summary:

The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support the organization's business objectives. This position contributes across both front-end and back-end development, while supporting cloud-based applications, system integrations, and modern development practices. The role is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvements to applications, processes, and overall system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and a seamless user experience across applications and services.
• Develop and enhance application architecture, APIs, and system integrations to support business processes, efficient data exchange, and interoperability across internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and other developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes, automated testing, and deployment practices to improve software quality, release efficiency, and system reliability.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application and system performance through logging, metrics, profiling, and continuous optimization efforts.
• Integrate third-party technologies and internal services to streamline workflows, enhance functionality, and support evolving business needs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity by following industry best practices for application development, data processing, and system management.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical standards, and support knowledge sharing to promote best practices and continuous team development.
• Contribute to the optimization and maintenance of cloud-based environments and application infrastructure, balancing scalability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  
• 5 - 8 years of experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.
  
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating applications with internal and external services.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, software design principles, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases, including data modeling, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the delivery of end-to-end software solutions.
  
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with cloud-based environments and services, preferably AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience mentoring developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical best practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
