Senior Full Stack Developer (Java)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with AI-augmented development practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a solid Computer Science foundation, production-grade Java and frontend expertise, and demonstrated use of modern AI tooling — including prompt engineering and agentic coding workflows. You will work in an agile product team building end-to-end cloud-native solutions from robust backend services to intuitive user interfaces, leveraging modern development practices. This role is central to delivering enterprise-grade, scalable applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate scalable cloud-native solutions (including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines) from backend to user interfaces
  • Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs with enterprise-grade reliability
  • Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
  • Leverage AI coding assistants and apply prompt engineering techniques to accelerate delivery, refactoring, testing, and debugging
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to translate requirements; ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
  • Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and resolve complex full-stack technical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience delivering production systems in enterprise/cloud environments
  • 4+ years of advanced Java experience (Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data/Hibernate, REST APIs, JVM internals)
  • 3+ years of frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, systems design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems
  • Experience with relational/non-relational databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and TDD
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and prompt engineering
  • Agile/Scrum experience, strong analytical thinking, communication, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP BTP, CAP framework, SAP Cloud SDK, or graph databases (Neo4j)
  • Understanding of AI/LLM integration, RAG architectures, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock)
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Agile at scale (SAFe)
  • Project management, build tooling, or open-source contributions
