An organization in Dubai is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity. The position is suitable for experienced software professionals with 3-5+ years of experience and strong expertise in Java and/or Python, modern application architecture, mobile development, cloud platforms, and DevOps technologies.

The successful candidate will work across frontend and backend development, including microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, Saga patterns, caching, Flutter, REST APIs, API Gateway, databases, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and AI-assisted development tools will also support the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services using Java and/or Python.
• Build scalable solutions using microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Implement architectural patterns such as CQRS and Saga.
• Develop and integrate caching solutions for application performance.
• Develop mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and API Gateway solutions.
• Implement appropriate API security practices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with CQRS, Saga patterns, and caching.
• Experience with Flutter for iOS and Android development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and API security.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
