Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality and data exchange.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform database design and optimization, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure application stability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
