Senior Full Stack Developer JS (Non FR) at Paradox Group

Paradox Group, Dubai, AE (also Lisbon or fully remote). Full‑time, on‑site at our Dubai office or remote.

Build and innovate Paradox’s next‑generation learning platform, integrating AI to deliver a world‑class user experience.

• BUILD & INNOVATE – Develop new features, implement AI‑driven functionalities, continuously iterate and improve performance.
• SCALABILITY & PERFORMANCE – Ensure the application handles large concurrent users, optimize resources, leverage CDN and caching.
• USER‑CENTERED DESIGN – Work with product and design teams to create intuitive, beautiful, efficient interfaces; prototype and test features.
• PROBLEM SOLVING & TROUBLESHOOTING – Resolve technical challenges, analyse recurring issues, collaborate across teams.
• COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION – Participate in architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, work within Agile frameworks.

• 3‑6 years of full‑stack development experience, or experience as CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.js (minimum 3years). Experience with TailwindCSS.
• Strong AI mindset – actively integrating AI techniques into development.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented, autonomous, proactive.
• Nice to have: Nest.js, LMS application experience, mobile development.
