Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement efficient RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application errors.
• Contribute to architectural design discussions and help define the technical roadmap.
• Ensure the implementation of security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
