Our client is an established Australian business with a strong focus on technology and continuous improvement.

With ongoing investment in their internal systems and applications, they’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their growing technology function.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative development team where you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, contribute to technical decisions and help shape the future of their applications.

About the role

This is a hands‑on development position suited to an experienced Full Stack Developer who enjoys building quality software, solving problems and taking ownership of their work.

Working closely with the Software Development Manager and other developers, you’ll be involved in new feature development, improving existing applications, supporting production environments and helping drive technical improvements.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting other developers, reviewing code and helping maintain strong engineering practices across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, Angular and SQL Server.
• Build new features and improve existing systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations.
• Support production releases, deployments and troubleshooting.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and code quality.
• Contribute to Azure infrastructure and platform improvements.
• Provide code reviews and technical guidance to other developers.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong full stack development experience who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
• A good understanding of software testing and clean, maintainable code.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and confidence taking ownership of technical work.

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Experience working with distributed development teams.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
