Senior Full-Stack Developer - .NET & Azure

About the Role

Our client, a leader in enterprise software solutions based in Randburg , is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with extensive experience in the .NET framework and Azure cloud services. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: collaborative team engagement at our Randburg office and the flexibility of remote work. You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated business applications, contributing to projects that drive significant business value within Gauteng and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and services using C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and manage scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including services like App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
• Implement and optimize database solutions using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay current with advancements in .NET technologies and Azure cloud services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework/.NET Core.
• Proven experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment within Randburg .
