Senior Full Stack Developer

Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team and help build an AI-powered content co-authoring platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing both frontend and backend systems that enable AI-assisted content creation, content scoring, compliance checks, and workflow automation.

This position is ideal for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React/Next.js, FastAPI, Python, cloud-native development, and AI integrations who enjoys solving complex business challenges and building scalable applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop modern, scalable frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build AI-powered content authoring experiences and scoring interfaces.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using FastAPI and related technologies.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions including OpenAI APIs, GPT-4o, and LangChain.
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth and JWT.
• Improve system performance through API optimization, caching, and scalable architecture design.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to development best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack software development experience.
• Experience with React, Next.js or Node.js, TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, Responsive Design.
• Proficiency in Fast API or other strong backend APIs (Python/Java) Node.js or Flask for Backend API development.
• Experience building scalable web applications and API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharma, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience integrating CMS platforms and ESP solutions.
