About The Opportunity

Opticca Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer for a confidential client operating a mission-critical software environment.

You can expect to

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features end to end
• Work hands-on with React on the frontend and Java on the backend
• Contribute to REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional engineering team

Must haves

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with React
• Strong, hands-on experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of system design principles

Nice to haves

Success Profile

• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft Azure
• Python
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event streaming)
• Experience in mission-critical or high-availability software environments
• Familiarity with GenAI-assisted development tools
