Senior Full Stack Developer, Product Technology

Senior Full Stack Developer (Product Technology)

Location: Makati, Philippines

Approx. Shift Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM (3 days in office)

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve integration failures, or automation breakdowns in coordination with DevOps, networking, infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and development teams.
  • Monitor and support data feed executions and application flows primarily in Airflow and .NET.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Python DAGs, C# modules, .NET applications and SQL stored procedures.
  • Participate in design, development, testing, and release cycles of features and enhancements.
  • Help automate validation and error reporting pipelines to reduce manual intervention.
  • Own the troubleshooting documentation, support playbooks, and escalation criteria.
  • Collaborate daily with the EU team and with the global squad.
  • Contribute to code reviews, quality control, and backlog grooming.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 + years’ experience in software development, preferably with exposure to support environments or production pipelines.
  • Experience with C#/.NET (APIs, backend), Python (Airflow DAGs, APIs) and SQL; ability to debug stored procedures.
  • Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, exception handling, and multi‑layered architectures.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts, job orchestration, and error handling in data workflows.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD principles, and issue tracking.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and error‑log analysis.
  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Airflow admin tasks (log management, retries, schedule tuning).
  • Experience with Docker, Terraform, or any infrastructure‑as‑code tool.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, NUnit).
  • Understanding of Agile principles and working in squads.
