Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance, Testing & Release Management Lead quality assurance and test engineering practices across the development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for applications, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces. Establish and improve regression testing and release-readiness processes. Support defect management, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Review test coverage and quality of both developer‑created and AI‑generated tests. Dev Ops & Release Support Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and release processes. Troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment‑related issues. Maintain deployment documentation and operational procedures. Contribute to monitoring, logging, backup, recovery, and platform reliability initiatives. Improve release consistency and deployment confidence. Full Stack Development & Code Quality Design, develop, test, and maintain front‑end and back‑end application components. Build and support APIs, integrations, database‑driven functionality, and user interfaces. Investigate and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. Perform code reviews and promote secure, maintainable, and scalable development practices. Support refactoring, technical debt reduction, and engineering standards. Technical Leadership & Mentoring Assist with technical planning, backlog refinement, and implementation delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to developers on testing, debugging, Dev Ops, and software quality practices. Promote the responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Escalate significant architectural, security, or platform‑related risks appropriately. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5-8 years of software development experience. Proven full‑stack development expertise across front‑end, back‑end, API, and database technologies. Strong experience in QA, automated testing, regression testing, and release management. Experience supporting Dev Ops processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment environments. Strong SQL, relational database, Git, and code review experience. Experience mentoring and supporting development teams. Advantageous Experience with Saa S products and product development environments. Exposure to geospatial, agricultural technology, analytics, or data‑intensive platforms. Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment architectures. Technical Skills Essential Automated testing, regression testing, integration testing, and API testing. Git, Git Lab, and CI/CD pipeline management. Docker and containerised development environments. Ansible deployment automation. Secrets and configuration management platforms. Full‑stack application development. AI‑assisted development tools and quality review practices.
