Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and SQL, along with experience supporting and developing GMP-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding technical and business requirements, designing and implementing application solutions, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring technology deliverables comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

The candidate should be self-driven, adaptable, and capable of collaborating with client stakeholders and globally distributed technical teams while contributing to technical mentoring and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and SQL.

• Work on GMP-critical applications and ensure solutions adhere to applicable regulatory and organizational policies.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application and technology solutions.

• Develop and maintain frontend components using ReactJS and backend services using Node.js and Python.

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database operations.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through break-fix activities, ticket resolution, debugging, and change requests.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, application procedures, and project deliverables.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical teams to exchange technical information and deliver solutions.

• Support the design and delivery of end-user training, technical procedures, and knowledge-transfer activities.

• Ensure technology deliverables follow coding standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational governance.

• Incorporate feedback, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices to maintain application quality and control.

• Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help develop technical talent within the team.

• Work independently and proactively with client partners to achieve strategic business objectives.

Required Technical Skills

• ReactJS – Strong hands-on development experience.

• Node.js – Backend development and API integration.

• Python – Application development, scripting, and automation.

• SQL – Database queries, data manipulation, and performance optimization.

• Full Stack Development – Frontend and backend application development.

• GMP – Experience working with GMP-critical applications or solutions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and SQL.

• Experience supporting GMP-critical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.

• Experience working with technical documentation and change management.

• Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and onshore/offshore teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and controlled application environments.

• Experience with enterprise application support and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to mentor technical teams and contribute to delivery excellence.
