Senior Full Stack Developer

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data quality and a proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and integrity. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's codebase, data access policies, database architectures, and API integrations are reliable, accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimized.

This is a full-time role, on a Midday shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end development of features across Vue.js frontends, Node.js services, and Supabase/PostgreSQL backends.

• Make architectural decisions and define design patterns that keep the codebase scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure.

• Design, enforce, and maintain strict data access controls with Supabase Authentication and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.

• Build, maintain, and optimize robust REST APIs and Supabase Edge Functions.

• Break down complex business requirements into clear technical tasks and actionable estimates in close collaboration with the Product Owner.

• Run rigorous code reviews and uphold strict quality assurance and code quality standards across the entire development team.

• Conduct analytical reviews of code and database schema to identify unusual activity, technical debt, or architectural discrepancies early, proposing practical solutions.

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, guiding the team's technical growth and fostering best development practices.

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and cloud infrastructure environments for continuous release cycles.

• Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of production issues to ensure smooth operational functionality.

• Integrate AI/LLM APIs and vector database tools (such as pgvector) into modern web applications.

• Cross-train and collaborate seamlessly with distributed and offshore engineering teams to provide consistent technical coverage and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional full stack development experience, preferably with US-based companies.

• At least two (2) years in a lead, senior, or mentoring capacity with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL database management.

• Proven hands-on experience with Supabase Authentication, Row Level Security (RLS), and Supabase Edge Functions.

• Advanced proficiency in software design patterns, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based operational environments.

• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications and familiarity with pgvector or vector search tooling.

• Strong analytical and quality assurance review skills with a high attention to detail in code accuracy and database integrity.

• High level of accuracy while working at pace in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Owners and distributed teams.
