- Owning technical execution across frontend and full stack workstreams aligned to a scalable platform model
- Providing hands-on technical leadership in JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
- Driving project planning, execution, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with product, technical leadership, and business stakeholders
- Translating business, design, regulatory and regional requirements into clear engineering work items
- Establishing clear delivery discipline across the engineering process including release blockers and modernization items
- Ensuring production and release blockers are triaged, assigned, and resolved with test evidence and stakeholder communication

- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience leading software engineering teams in a global environment including people management, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development
- Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, developer productivity, debugging, documentation, or delivery workflows
- Strong React expertise with ability to drive frontend architecture across a large shared codebase
- Full stack engineering experience including API integration, service-oriented design, configuration-driven applications, and debugging across frontend, backend, data and environment layers
- Enterprise experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Strong HTML, CSS, responsive UI, browser compatibility, and accessibility fundamentals
- Experience delivering software in release-sensitive environments with QA, UAT, compliance, business validation, and production-readiness gates
- Strong understanding of Git-based development, pull requests, code review, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies and release management
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
