What you\'ll do

• Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality and ensure seamless integration with back-end services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations to our development processes.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Document development processes, code changes, and application features to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Work on enhancing existing applications by implementing new features and improving user interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle to protect sensitive data.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, and database management systems like MongoDB or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative environments.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building and consuming them.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure, and experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing project requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile application development using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Experience in working with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
