Senior Full Stack Developer ( Tech Lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to spearhead the architecture, development, and scaling of our core Point of Sale (POS) platform. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will serve as the technical anchor for the engineering team—balancing high-level software design and strategic technical leadership with hands-on coding, mentoring, and rigorous code quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead POS platform development: Oversee the end-to-end development life cycle of the Point of Sale platform.
• Design software architecture: Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable system designs for long-term growth.
• Review code quality: Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to clean coding standards and best practices.
• Manage Git workflow: Govern version control processes, branching strategies, and merge protocols to ensure team alignment.
• Mentor junior developers: Provide technical guidance, code mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to junior team members.
• Build scalable APIs: Develop robust, secure, and performant RESTful APIs to support web and mobile services.
• Integrate payment gateways: Implement secure, reliable payment processing solutions compliant with industry standards.
• Integrate third-party services: Manage and integrate external APIs and services to extend platform functionality.
• System performance optimization: Profile applications to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for faster response times.
• Security implementation: Enforce security best practices across all layers of the application to protect sensitive data.

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

• 5+ years software development experience: Proven track record in professional software engineering roles.
• REST API development: Extensive experience building and consuming secure RESTful services.
• MySQL/PostgreSQL: Proficient in relational database design, query optimization, and management.
• AWS/Azure/Cloud deployment: Experience deploying, managing, and scaling infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Docker: Proficient in containerizing applications for consistent deployment across environments.
• Git: Mastery of version control, including advanced branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• MSSQL (database): Proficient in designing and maintaining complex Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• IIS (Hosting): Expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft IIS web servers.
• c# Web API (API): Deep knowledge of building enterprise-grade backend services with .NET/C#.
• react.js (Front end): Advanced skills in building responsive, modern user interfaces using React.js.
• React native (Mobile front end): Capable of developing high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.
• Electron (PC Version): Experience developing robust desktop applications using the Electron framework.

Preferred

• POS industry experience: Prior experience building Point of Sale systems.
• Kiosk system experience: Familiarity with interactive kiosk software and hardware integration.
• Payment gateway integration: Deep understanding of financial transaction flows and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS).
• AI integration experience: Ability to incorporate machine learning models or AI services into existing workflows.
