Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Python, API development, databases, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on React.js experience and approximately 4 years of Python development experience, with the ability to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications.

The role will work closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to build high-performance applications and scalable solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive applications using React.js.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, data lakes, and external APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar relational databases and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with data teams on data ingestion, transformation, processing, integration, and reporting.
• Implement React state management using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.
• Develop reusable components and follow clean, scalable application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize frontend and backend applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and usability.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, documentation, and development best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of hands-on React.js development experience.
• Approximately 4 years of Python development experience, particularly in backend/API development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, React.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices, FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, SQL, and query optimization.
• Experience with Redux / Context API and component-driven frontend development.
• Good understanding of modern application architecture and API-driven integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and cross-functional environments.
