About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to design and develop scalable, secure and high-performance applications.

The role combines hands-on full-stack development with architecture, technical leadership and the adoption of engineering best practices.

This position follows a hybrid working model in Valencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex features.
• Optimize application performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technology strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end architectures and state management.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with performance optimization and caching strategies.
• Strong understanding of security and authentication best practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• English level C1.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Valencia, Spain.

• Experience with enterprise architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of platform engineering and developer experience.
• Experience contributing to technology roadmaps or platform selection.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
