Senior Full Stack Developer with Kotlin

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our internal leasing software
• Translate business requirements into high-performance, maintainable applications
• Analyze, debug, and continuously optimize existing modules
• Actively participate in code reviews and help ensure high code quality
• Maintain and further develop technical documentation and architectural concepts
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to our technological transformation toward a modern, scalable platform

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• At least 7 years of experience in modern software development, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of our technology stack: Kotlin, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable technologies
• Experience with CI/CD processes and automated testing
• Experienced in AI assisted Development
• Analytical mindset, strong quality focus, and a structured way of working
• Team player who enjoys knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• English proficiency at C1 level
