Our client provides AI-powered leasing automation, renter communication tools, and operational intelligence for multifamily property management companies. They are at the forefront of digital transformation in real estate, helping property managers streamline operations, enhance renter experiences, and make data-driven decisions through cutting-edge technology that automates routine tasks and provides actionable insights.

• Design responsive and user friendly web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and Django
• Create reusable React components and implement state management solutions
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure integration between frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with UX UI designers to implement accessible interfaces
• Optimize application performance for fast load times and smooth user interactions
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Analyze the property management domain to understand user needs and pain points
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security practices across the full stack

• 5 plus years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Experience with React.js, including hooks, Context API, and modern React patterns
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with Python and Django for backend development
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API
• Understanding of RESTful service architecture and API design
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar tools
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library
• Experience with Git and CI CD pipelines
• Ability to solve technical problems with attention to detail
• Ability to understand business context and domain specifics
• Communication skills for working in a distributed team environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience with LLM API providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic
• Knowledge of LangSmith or similar AI ML observability tools
• Experience in the PropTech or Real Estate industry
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Knowledge of UI UX design principles and tools such as Figma and Sketch
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
