Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description :

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, customization, and continuous improvement of enterprise ERP systems.

• Design and develop internal business systems, web applications, frontend and backend features, and APIs.

• Integrate marketing, ERP, POS, e-commerce platforms, payment, warehouse, logistics, and other thirdparty systems.

• Conduct requirements analysis and technical evaluation, track project progress, and coordinate system delivery and on-site implementation.

• Perform software testing, QA/QC, defect management, performance optimization, and release quality assurance. Manage Linux, Docker, CI/CD, cloud server deployment, system monitoring, backup, and maintenance.

• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and SDD) to improve productivity, and independently review and optimize AI-generated code.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of software development or enterprise system implementation experience.

• Familiar with the system/product lifecycle; strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and MySQL, with full-stack development capabilities.

• Familiar with Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and at least one major public cloud platform.

• Capable of software testing, quality management, project delivery, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools for software development and project delivery.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills.

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin and English fluency preferred
