SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable government-grade applications. You will work across backend (Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Svelte/React/Vue) with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
The role involves deploying on AWS (ECS, Kubernetes, Lambda), CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, and IaC tooling. Security, compliance and stakeholder collaboration are integral to the work.
