We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who can independently design, develop, and deliver high-quality software across both frontend and backend systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management, application deployment, and operational automation across Linux environments.
  • Develop custom Ansible modules and plugins in Python to extend automation capabilities for specialized use cases.
  • Automate server management and operational tasks using Python and Bash scripting.
  • Design infrastructure architecture for new services and platforms, including networking, scalability, high availability, and security considerations.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including deployment automation for microservices.
  • Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters end to end, cluster provisioning, version upgrades, node group management, RBAC, Helm charts, ingress, autoscaling, and workload optimization.
  • Streamline Kubernetes deployments using GitOps practices with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
  • Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, provision and manage infrastructure on AWS and other cloud providers.
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions, centralized logging, metrics collection, and monitoring/alerting systems.
  • Debug and resolve production issues, participate in root cause analysis and operational reviews.
  • Work with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities, manage secrets and certificates, and implement security best practices such as SSL/TLS and mTLS.
  • Manage and upgrade databases and caching services including MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Perform OS lifecycle management including Linux server upgrades, patching, and image builds.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices and streamline software delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with DevOps focus.
  • Strong knowledge in web development, backed by at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps fundamentals and rapid software delivery practices.
  • Strong knowledge of encryption, hashing, and SSL/TLS protocols.
  • Proficient in networking concepts and implementing robust security measures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, Ansible, and Linux system administration.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Knowledge of containerization concepts and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code technologies.
  • Proficient in database management, including MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
