Requirements: 6+ years of proven full stack software development experience, delivering end-to-end solutions in production Strong back-end capability in C#/. NET Core Solid front-end experience with React or Vue and Type Script Experience designing scalable systems in AWS or Azure environments A track record of leading technical decisions across the full stack - not just executing them Experience working in regulated or financial services environments is a strong advantage The ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to engineers, architects and business stakeholders A genuine interest in growing the engineers around you Strong communication skills Inquisitive with a continuous learning attitude
