Your Technical Strengths:

• 6+ years of proven full stack software development experience, delivering end-to-end solutions in production
• Strong back-end capability in C#/.NET Core
• Solid front-end experience with React or Vue and TypeScript
• Experience designing scalable systems in AWS or Azure environments
• A track record of leading technical decisions across the full stack - not just executing them
• Experience working in regulated or financial services environments is a strong advantage
• The ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to engineers, architects and business stakeholders
