### Senior Full Stack Engineer – Client Solutions **Experience:** 5+ years **Location:** Lahore **Employment Type:** Full-time **Department:** Engineering **Expected Salary:** PKR 300,000 – 400,000/month #### Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical skills with excellent English communication and client-facing confidence. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage the complete project lifecycle, work directly with international clients, participate confidently in technical interviews and discovery calls, and support our sales team in converting opportunities into successful projects. The engineer should also be highly proficient with modern AI development tools and use them as part of their daily engineering workflow to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, research, testing, and delivery. #### Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle software projects from requirements and technical planning to development, deployment, and ongoing support. - Develop scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies. - Participate in client interviews, discovery calls, technical discussions, and project kickoffs. - Support the sales team in understanding requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, estimating effort, and proposing solutions. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to international clients. - Prepare technical approaches, architecture, estimates, and implementation plans. - Take ownership of technical decisions and project delivery. - Review code and maintain engineering quality and security standards. - Work effectively with project managers, developers, QA, designers, and DevOps. - Quickly understand existing applications and unfamiliar codebases. #### AI-Enabled Development The candidate should be fully comfortable using AI as part of their daily software development workflow. They should: - Regularly use modern AI coding assistants and development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent tools. - Use AI effectively for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, code reviews, research, and understanding existing codebases. - Be comfortable working with agentic development workflows where appropriate. - Know how to provide appropriate context and instructions to AI tools to produce reliable results. - Critically review, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than accepting output without verification. - Understand the security, privacy, and confidentiality considerations involved when using AI tools with company or client code and data. - Remain accountable for the quality and correctness of all AI-assisted work. #### Technical Requirements Strong professional experience in **at least two** of the following: - Ruby / Ruby on Rails - Python and its web frameworks - MERN: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Additionally, the candidate should have good experience with: - React and modern frontend development - REST APIs and third-party integrations - PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB - Git and GitHub - AWS or similar cloud platforms - CI/CD and application deployment - Authentication and application security - Performance optimization and debugging - Software architecture and system design #### Communication & Client Skills - Excellent spoken and written English. - Confident communicating directly with international clients. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable participating in and leading technical interviews. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ability to ask the right questions during discovery instead of simply following provided requirements. - Capable of explaining technical decisions, estimates, risks, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. #### Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is more than just a strong developer.
