Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Leads architecture and delivery for client projects, building scalable web apps with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL while mentoring junior engineers.
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to join our Digital Product practice. You'll lead technical delivery on client engagements, architect scalable web applications, and mentor mid-level engineers. You'll work closely with clients, so clear communication is just as important as technical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture and delivery on 1–2 concurrent client projects
- Write clean, well-tested TypeScript across Next.js frontends and Node.js backends
- Conduct code reviews and set technical standards for the engagement
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in discovery and planning sessions
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on the team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js
- Experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Comfortable working in agile/sprint environments with client-facing responsibilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
- Exposure to DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment
