Dubai - Remote-friendly Full-time Engineering 5+ years

Own the full stack behind Plahton's material intelligence platform. You'll ship render pipelines, AI-driven matching, and real-time procurement flows used daily by architects, designers and build teams across MENA and Europe.

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end features across TypeScript, React, Node and Postgres.
• Build render pipelines and AI material-matching workflows in production.
• Own performance, reliability and observability for procurement-critical flows.
• Collaborate with design and ML to turn early prototypes into shipped product.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality, testing and review.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building production web applications end-to-end.
• Strong Postgres / SQL fundamentals and pragmatic schema design.
• Track record of shipping complex features to real users on a small team.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebGL, three.js or render-heavy UIs.
• Familiarity with vector search, embeddings or LLM tooling.
• Worked on B2B / procurement / supply-chain products.
