Senior Full Stack Engineer | EST

Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver scalable digital products and features from concept through production.

• Build modern frontend applications using Vue 3 and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and AWS serverless technologies.

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.

• Design scalable data models using DynamoDB and SQL databases.

• Modernise existing applications to improve performance, reliability and maintainability.

• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards and development practices.

• Improve system security, monitoring, reliability and performance.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development experience.

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.

• Strong experience with Vue 3, React or Angular; ability to work effectively with Vue 3.

• Experience developing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Hands-on production experience with AWS CDK.

• Strong experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway and DynamoDB.

• Strong SQL database knowledge, including relational modelling, indexing, joins, transactions and query optimisation.

• Good understanding of serverless and event-driven architecture.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, IAM and CloudWatch.

• Experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorisation, CI/CD, automated testing and production deployments.

• Able to contribute to architectural decisions and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
