In This Role, You Will
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal code that runs in low‑resource environments, with highly stringent deployment mechanisms.
- Where security and privacy are paramount, you will sometimes need to reinvent the wheel and cannot rely on popular libraries or tooling.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state‑of‑the‑art models and techniques.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- Have shipped full‑stack code (Python and React) in production.
- Excel in fast‑paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives shift.
- Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack.
- Have built and deployed highly performant client‑side or server‑side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
- Think like a product owner, asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?".
- Hold strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and are not afraid to push back on designs or specs that don’t serve the user.
- Have owned features end‑to‑end: from understanding the user problem, to shipping, to measuring impact.
- Bonus: have an eye for design and a creative mindset—optional portfolio, GitHub, or other showcases of your projects.
