Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go/React)
Summary
Senior Full Stack Engineer building a B2C SaaS platform for business owners using React, TypeScript, and Go. The role involves end-to-end ownership of features, from architectural design to production monitoring, within a high-frequency continuous-delivery environment.
Who we are:
Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building, scaling, and supporting R&D teams for high-end, fast-growing product companies in a wide range of industries.
About the Product:
Our customer is a fast-growing, well-funded technology company building a large-scale B2C SaaS platform for business owners and entrepreneurs. The company develops digital products that help them to simplify complex processes of going through launching, managing, and growing their businesses from a single dashboard.
The product is used at significant scale and combines automation, AI-powered capabilities, and third-party integrations to create a seamless experience around workflows that would traditionally require multiple separate tools and service providers.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineering role with real product and technical ownership. You’ll join a small, high-impact team where engineers help shape solutions, make architectural decisions, and own customer-facing features end-to-end, from an initially ambiguous product need through design, development, deployment, and production monitoring.
The team has a strong continuous-delivery culture and actively adopts AI-assisted development tools and AI/MCP capabilities, making this a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys modern technologies, architectural challenges, fast delivery, and seeing the direct impact of their work in production. This position demands extreme ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, fully remote workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Own features end-to-end — from clarifying product requirements and designing the technical solution to implementation, testing, production deployment, and monitoring.
Build customer-facing applications with React and TypeScript, creating reusable, scalable components and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
Design and develop backend microservices and APIs, working with distributed systems and integrating external services and AI/MCP capabilities.
Make architectural and technical decisions around scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability rather than simply executing predefined solutions.
Architect and implement secure, resilient backend microservices, designing APIs and integrating AI/MCP capabilities where appropriate.
Help modernize the platform, including migrating legacy functionality toward React, TypeScript, and Go-based services.
Work in a high-frequency continuous-delivery environment, shipping improvements to production quickly and taking responsibility for how they perform after release.
Use and help drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools across development workflows, identifying practical ways to improve developer speed and effectiveness.
Contribute to high engineering standards through code reviews, technical collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Partner directly with Product and UX to turn business and user needs into practical technical solutions and influence how new functionality is designed and built.
Communicate status updates, blockers, and proposed solutions proactively in a distributed team environment.
Required Competence and Skills:
7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a strong background in product-focused environments.
Strong React and TypeScript expertise and solid experience building modern, production-grade web applications.
Strong backend development experience with Go (preferred), or Java, .NET, Node.js, Ruby, or C# and willingness to switch to Go
Proven end-to-end ownership — comfortable taking a feature from an initial product need through technical design, development, deployment, and production support.
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native environments.
Ability to work independently with ambiguous or evolving requirements, make sound technical decisions, and drive solutions forward.
Experience working in a fast-paced continuous-delivery environment with frequent production releases.
Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration within a distributed, cross-functional team.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in B2C SaaS or consumer-facing product environments.
Hands-on familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Ember.js legacy systems.
Experience working with high-traffic distributed systems and complex third-party integrations.
Background in FinTech, LegalTech, or compliance-heavy products.
