Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Cloud Platforms, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, high performance, and seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
- Build, integrate, and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka on GCP.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Leverage GCP services such as Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.
- Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and observability.
- Work with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
- Experience with Apache Kafka and event‑driven architecture
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms – GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable)
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs
- Hands‑on knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, MariaDB, or similar databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD)
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with observability stacks: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
- Understanding of SRE concepts (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
