We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the core application layer behind our flagship agentic products such as II-Agent and Common Ground. You’ll architect and build scalable, production-grade systems that bring cutting-edge AI agents into the hands of real users, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Responsibilities
Involved in the development of our agentic applications: II-Agent, Common Ground, etc
Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend, and backend, from the ground-up
Collaborating with agent researchers/engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions
Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms
Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth
The Requirements
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in full-stack and backend development
Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and deploying production applications
Nice to Have
Active GitHub repository
Knowledge of agent/LLM concepts and frameworks
Experience working with LLM integration (OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, LiteLLM)
Experience building an AI agent
