About the role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer you will work across the stack on the platforms we build for startups and growing companies, from data models and APIs through to the interfaces people use every day.
You will join a small, senior team that stays close to the problem from discovery through production, with real ownership over architecture and delivery decisions.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship features end to end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Shape system architecture with a focus on reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Build and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and third-party services in cloud-native environments.
- Review code, set engineering standards, and mentor other engineers on the team.
- Work directly with clients and product leads to turn requirements into working software.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and React, plus a backend language such as Node.js or Python.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed system fundamentals.
- Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with clients.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating LLMs or other AI services into production products.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
