Senior Full Stack Engineer- (LLM, GenAI, AI Agent products)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech AI Engineering team and help shape the future of customer engagement. You'll build scalable, AI-powered customer contact centre and other AI solutions used across multiple international markets, combining cloud technologies, GenAI and real-time communications to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop AI-powered customer service and contact centre applications.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangGraph and modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS and Connect.
• Implement Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Build and optimise vector database solutions to power RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Develop real-time voice and conversational AI experiences using LiveKit.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with product, AI and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions from concept to production.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of software engineering with proven experience in production grade LLM applications
• Good communication skills in English, with a passion to solve real-life business problems.
• Independent and responsible mindset, able to deliver assigned tasks on time.
• Preferrably resided in Kuala Lumpur, but other APAC regions are welcome in remote work mode.
