Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Vue.js, Python and Django to join one of our teams!
Our client is a direct marketplace for mortgages, connecting whole loan lenders and investors with smarter pricing, automated eligibility, and end-to-end transaction management. We are transforming an industry that still runs on spreadsheets and email.
You will own features end to end — from the Vue interfaces our lenders and investors work in daily, through the Django APIs behind them, down to the pricing and eligibility engines that decide what a loan is worth and who will buy it. Wide surface area, real ownership, and you will see the impact the same week you ship.
- Daily, hands-on work with AI coding agents — Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. You run several in parallel and know where their output needs your judgment.
- Hands-on experience building AI into a product — LLM features, agents, retrieval, evaluation. Not only coding with AI tools.
- 5+ years building production software, with real depth on both sides of the stack.
- 3+ years hands-on Vue.js + TypeScript — this is a Vue shop.
- Strong Python + Django, solid REST API instincts, and real database skills — schema design, query performance, safe migrations.
- Experience in complex platform companies — real integrations, real data, real scale.
- A strong eye for UI/UX and clear communication.
