Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build and scale an AI-enabled Decision Intelligence Platform using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL, owning features from design to deployment.

Natzka is a Zurich-based software company building an innovative, AI-enabled Decision Intelligence Platform. We help organizations make better decisions through data integration, advanced analytics, and intelligent workflows, and our team cares deeply about performance, usability, and clean design.

We are now looking for aSenior Full Stack Engineerto help us build and scale our platform.

What you will do:

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across our platform (frontend and backend)
  • Own features from idea to production, including architecture, implementation, and deployment
  • Work closely with product, design, and data teams to turn complex requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Improve system performance, scalability, andreliability
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture
  • Identify and drive technical improvements across the stack

What we require:

  • Proven experience building and shipping complex web applications
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL
  • Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS), and modern frontend and backend frameworks
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience implementing customer-facing AI features
  • Fluency in English
