Senior Full stack Engineer(.net, React and AWS)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET Development
• React.js as the primary frontend technology
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Strong database experience in:
• PostgreSQL or SQL Server
• Experience in designing and developing end-to-end full stack applications
• Years of exp- 6+

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on full stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and microservices design.
• Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services and containerized applications; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, including SQL, indexing, schema design, and query performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, API security, authentication/authorization, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application and production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and drive root cause resolution.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture/design decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and independent ownership of complex initiatives.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and technical documentation skills in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Hands-on Datadog experience with application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, and alerting.
• Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright automated testing.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or chatbots with AWS Bedrock or related generative AI services.
• Familiarity with AWS RDS, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, load balancers, networking, and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Experience with Git/GitHub, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, or other regulated enterprise environments.Role & responsibilities
